We can provide coping skills to manage your depressive symptoms and get you back to functioning with your normal daily life activities. We will work with you to identify the triggers to depression. We use a cognitive behavioral approach to look at how your thoughts affect your mood and how your mood affects your behavior.

Symptoms:

  • Depressed mood sadness, emptiness
  • Crying spells, irritability and anger
  • Loss of Interest in normal daily life activities
  • Increase or Decrease of appetite
  • Sleep disturbances such as increase of or decrease of sleep
  • Fatigue and loss of energy
  • Feeling tired regardless of how much sleep you get
  • Feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness or guilt
  •  Loss of value about self, low self-esteem and lack of confidence
  •  Brain Fog, diminished ability to think, concentrate or make decisions
  • Thoughts of death, suicidal thoughts with or without a specific plan
